    K&N Fuel Injection Performance Kit, JBA cat-back exhaust
    I would definitely get the TRD's if A) they were readily available and B) I didn't have to weld them. For me headers are a pretty expensive upgrade so I'm not really willing to pay for installation.

    Yeah I just happened to be at the mechanic's today for something unrelated and he said the same thing, if they pass in CA they'll pass in PA. Time to start saving teh moneys! :D
