3.4 p0446 code

    Wasn't really able to find an answer from all the previous post on this P0446 code. On my 03 Tacoma 3.4 it shows 3, VSV valves. 2 in engine bay and one back by charcoal canister behind gas tank. I tested the first in engine bay which is one on top. The vsv for canister using a 9 volt battery and i got a clicking sound. The vsv below it, VSV (EVAP) valve. I tried using the 9 volt battery test on it and am not getting a clicking sound. I am not sure if the clicking sound applies to that valve or not. Not able to confirm that anywhere I looked. Thanks!
