    tried an experiment do not back up before using drive and engine does not flare,mine only seems to flare when using reverse and then into drive on cold starts.2016 trd 4by4 has had update program,fluid filled,checked,drained ,checked level etc.mine also has intermittant harsh bump on 2-1 downshift.

    Which update?
    I use to have the 3-4 flare until I had the Rev. 1 TSB.
    I never had the the 2-1 bump...
