3.4L, 5VZE-FE cylinder Heads

The heads are no longer available, cleaned up garage and they had to go.

I have a set of 3.4L 5VZ-FE cylinder heads for sale, asking $150.00 for both of them. I can ship just keep in mind that they weigh 26 lbs each and would have to be at least a medium size box.

I will work with you to ship and will not charge extra, what ever it cost will be what you pay.

More info on the heads, please... Why were they pulled off, do they need work?

 

The bottom end of the motor failed, rod was shot through the block and I replaced the engine with a JDM replacement engine. I tore the motor down and the piston did not make contact with the head when I pulled it off. I figured I would offer it for sale to somebody that may be able to use instead of throwing them away.

everything was working fine, I was totally surprised by the engine failure. I believe that the heads are in good shape. You can see from the pictures that no contact was made.

One last note; the heads are exactly the way they were removed from the motor, I did not clean anything up.

 

Appreciate the quick response... I believe one of the heads on my 02 has cracked. The truck was smoking like a train the other day. Hope to remove the heads off the truck this weekend to verify and will contact you if that is the case.
