And have a functional scoop that's removable but doesn't block my view, create glare and still looks cool so I can have a snorkel and a scoop without looking like an idiot.

It should just KNOW what gear I want it to be in and stay that way.

It's adaptive so it should meld with my mind like a damn vulcan, the Taco and I should feel as one

But I don't want to pay too damn much

Exactly, shift as smooth as an 8 speed without letting me know its shifting until I want to shift it myself.

But I don't want it shifting all the time

I traded in a 2015 subaru outback 2.5i limited for the Taco, feels like a GD Rocket ship in comparison. Also sold the trusty 2005 Tundra Limited which accelerates, but doesn't sound, comparable.

but the button is in the wrong place and needs to be defeated because it's too much trouble to push a button to start the truck AND push a button for ludacris mode so its on all the time.

TW has really opened my eyes now to how the truck really should be.

Need to go out to the driveway now and burn my shitbox to the ground.

Yep, I had a 99 2.7 auto myself, it was a dog off the line but would go almost anywhere.

I still don't know what the 4 means in the video to the left of ODO, i'm guessing it is in sport mode and limited to 4th gear.

Never mind, just looked at description of the video on youtube and it said sport mode is on so i'm pretty sure that is what it means.
