3" suspension lift (ToyTec coilovers and wheeler leafs), Yakima roof rack, ARE tonneau, K&N FIPK.
3" suspension lift with 275/65 R18 (32") - Noticeable power loss, I'm using 4th gear more. LT Duratracs are heavy bastards!

Wow, this has been an awesome thread! A lot of great looking rigs here. I'm fairly new to the mod game, but have owned my 2002 TRD for 13 years. Just now finacially able to make some changes. I'm scheduled to put on Fabtech 3 inch suspension lift tomorrow, then Saturday will slap on the new Cooper Discoverer STT's 285/75/16. Will not be doing any heavy wheeling, mostly just through my hunting club trails. What are y'alls thoughts on this set up? Thanks a lot!

I'm not familiar with the tires but pretty much the same setup I have. 3 inch lift on 285/75/16 aka 33s.

I always share these pics for a comparison from factory size tires to 33s with a 3 inch lift.

Thanks! Those pics put a lot in perspective for me. Just hoping the work I do in the next couple days, matches up to the image I have in my head. ha!

Tank, did you need to regear to push those 33s? I'm pushing 32s and I feel I almost need to regear.

Thanks. I have a 2015 Tacoma 4x4. Thursday I'm having it leveled by Toyota (3 and 2), and upgrading to leather seats. I plan on installing 265 75 16's. All road driving except for fishing trips. Any help would be appreciated.

It's not as bad as I thought.
I have the lightest weight tires in 35s and a fairly light wheel combo. It helps.
I can still cruise 65-70mph not a problem. I'm at a low elevation height in Texas so I know it plays a factor. I also have full length headers intake and full exhaust. Not much but really helps.
The 5 speed makes it happen. If it was auto it would suck

Mine with 3 inch in front and 2 in the back and worn out 32s. I just put my factory wheels and tires back on today for winter and it looks goofy as hell. Gonna miss the 32s. Not gonna miss the horrendous steering wheel vibration though.

I have 3" of lift and 32" tires 11.50 wide. My next tire will be 31x10.50. Personal preference.

I know you said personal preference, but why would you go smaller? IMO the 32 will fit the best without rubbing. My next tires are going to be dick cepek fun country 33X12.50 with 1"1/4 wheel spacers, with a little trimming to do
