3 inch lift coil spacers and blocks

does anyone know if 3 inch lift coil spacers and blocks will cause the axles to wear out or have any other problems? thanks.

 

look around on here and u can answer that.dont do spacers,spend the extra and do it correct.later

 

i have coil spacers and i hate them im changing to bilstien 5100s in the next couple of weeks dont do the spacers!

 

would it really matter if i do not plan on going off roading...i just want it for looks and for bigger tires.

 

everyone is going to have they're own opinion on spacers. I just got my billy 5100's in the mail the other day. more expensive then spacers but its obviously gonna be a better ride.

 

I took out my spacers and installed toytec C/O yesterday. It is a little different around town but not that big of a deal. Still have to put sway bar on and have alligned.

Everyone has their opinion but i would no knock the spacers if your on a budget and just want to be lifted. I use my truck mostly intown though so can not attest to the off road (lack of) capability. Stiffens the ride a little. I had mine for 3 years and it was "okay"

get a 3" revteck lift comes with front spacers an 1" 1/2 blocks or aal. if its just looks an tire size you want this will be just fine. the ride is not bad at all. you can run 285's or 33x12.50's with minor triming of the front of the splash sheild that can be done with a razor-knife. i have 285's on mine now and they never rub.
