    So I'm about to pull the trigger on a ome 3 inch lift and i was wondering what problems i might run into after install i am going to get ucas to fix alignment issues but just wondering what else i might have to buy so everything works properly.

    Depending on wheel size you may need a cab mount chop and pinch weld bend. Also check mudflaps for clearance.

    If you're keeping stock tires you should be good to go.
