Suspension: Bilstein 5100's in front and one inch block in rear for llift and level, Mayhem Missiles with Toyo AT2 in 265/70/18
I have Bilstein 5100's on tallest setting on the front and 1 inch blocks in the rear. I am running a +10 or 12 offset 18" wheel with no spacers with 265/70/18 Toyo ATII P's. I removed all the mud flaps and still have a little rubbing on inclines and at full lock. I plan to either trim the fender flares or put heavier springs on the front. Any suggestions? Anyone have any issues with the 5100's sagging when set at max height?

What wheels and tires? Icon stage 4 came in, but I'm waiting on my OME rear leafs. Part of me thinks I should see where everything lines out before I get wheels tires. Well, that and I just spend a bunch of money on the lift.

Those are the black ones, right? I've been eyeing the SCS SR8, but production has been delayed. I'm buying all my parts through Toyota of Dallas and they say that Hub Centric is the only way to go. I don't want to screw anything up, so I may go TRD too.

I believe those wheels he's running have 4.5" offset. He's also running Toyo AT2's which aren't as knobby as some. I don't know why I'm so keen to keep my flaps; maybe it's because I'm old and I see the utility in them.

I'm running 285/75/16 Duratracs with Procomp 7089's and 885's and 5100's at 0" and wheelers rear progressive AAL. Minor rubbing on the front mudflaps at full lock. Nothing bad though.

285/75/16 BFG AT, stock wheels, 1.25" wheel spacers, 3 inch lift, Icon coilovers, LR UCA.

To test for rubbing I took out the coilover and compressed suspension fully to see where I was gonna rub while at full turn in each direction and full compression. I wanted to make sure there would be no rubbing if I completely bottom out the front end while my wheels are fully turned. So I let the whole weight of the truck set on the bump stops and turned the wheel to each side and checked the clearance.

I had to do the CMC, trim plastic on bottom rear of fender flair and extend the height of my wheelers super bumps to eliminate any possibility of rubbing.

I think I had so much rubbing because I have 1.25" spacers and I told my alignment shop to give my over +2.6 degrees of caster so maybe my wheels sit further to the rear.

Running Toytec adjustable coilovers with 5100's set to .85 on the front, and Toytec AAL + block with the longer Bilstein shocks in the rear...3" lift overall. Light racing UCA's. General Grabber AT2's 285/75R16 on stock rims with Bora 1" wheel spacers. Only rub I get is at full lock going in reverse for some reason which I need to figure out. No run at full lock going forward.

Read through but did not see much mentioned about wheel spacers and if they help to improve the clearance, meaning no trimming? For those of you that have no rub, are you running wheel spacers? Wondering if 285 Duratracs will work on my rig (3" lift, stock UCAs) with Konig Countersteers (I think 4.5" backspacing) without spacers

I'm running procomp 7089s with 4.5" backspacing and no wheel spacers with very minor rubbing on the front mud flap. It probably wouldn't rub if I took the flaps off but trying to save my paint from road rash. For everyday driving the rubbing is fine

In most cases wheel spacers cause more rubbing.

People use them because of looks and if the tires contact the UCA.

But, if you are worried about rubbing the wheel spacers will make the rubbing worse when the wheel is turned side to side.

just an update...I installed ome 885 coils and ome shocks all around. icon progressive aal in the back...this gave me 3" up front and 1.5" out back that leveled the truck perfectly. I also have LR uca's, 17x8 pro comp rims 4.5" bs with toyo open country at2 LT285 70 17. I just removed the mudflaps and required no trimming. just very mild rubbing in full lock reverse. im still getting 400km per tank.

I also installed the trim packer, sway bar relocate kit, and carrier bearing drop. I decided to leave out the diff drop....I couldn't be happier with the way the truck drives and handles.
