my dealership wants me to do the lift from there so I can keep my warranty, they said it would cost 300 for parts and 700 for labor.

^ True story. Doesn't matter who installs the lift your warranty will remain the same. Do it right the first time (no spacers) and you won't have to worry about it anyways.

If you don't go with an adjustable coilover (icon, fox, king, sway away) I'd order the fronts preassembled so you don't have to take it to shop if you're doing the install yourself.
Check out Wheelers, Down South Motorsports and Headstrong for parts.

Right now headstrong offroad has the best bang for your buck vs ride quality / lift. It all depends on what you intend to use your truck for as well. Are you taking your truck wheeling every waking moment your not at work? or is this a weekend warrior that might see flex once a week? Do some research using to search forum button on other threads and questions and look at other people's builds for ideas etc. Obviously everyone wants the best of everything but thats going to depend on your budget. Either way if you stay away from spacers I promise you you'll thank us later. There are countless threads here of guys that have wasted 500$-1000$ on a spacer lift, can't stand the shitty ride / quality and switch within months.

I haven't seen a single thread where someone spent $1000 on a spacer lift, let alone $500. Can you point me to one of the countless many?

I was assuming the kit itself being quoted at those prices, not in shop installs.

    Damnit.

That's fine. Do you mind, though, if I pay you $2000? I know it sounds really weird, but it's just easier for me that way. You can just mail me a check for $25 and keep $975 for your troubles.

Sub'd - Looking into this same exact thing. I emailed the dealer telling them I wanted to put a small 2-3" lift on the new truck.

    Dealer replied-
"We do a 3” Pro Comp kit here and we always keep them in stock. The lift is $ 325.00 and labor is $ 880.00"

I told him thanks but no thanks and asked if it would void the warranty if either I or a shop put a lift on and they replied with a one-sentence response:

"It all depends on the lift really. A spacer/block kit will not however a full suspension that changes knuckles, crossmember etc would."

So, I just emailed the store manager directly and am awaiting a response.

Get the OME/bilstein bundle kit at headstrong with with 885s or 887s! I just got the 887s, about 2.75 inches of lift and ride is fantastic. Here is the link to the kit I got...don't need the diff drop, UCAs are optional (recomended but not required). Labor at my dealer was $475 with an alignment (no UCAs and unassembled coil over).

hi looks great. do you know if they installed the spacers on top of the front coil overs? and would you happen to know if they did did they measure a full 3 inches or are they only two something? my uncle said he put a 3 inch spacer lift on mine when he had it but they are only a tad over 2 inches thick? is that supposed to be that way and they are just supposed to lift them 3 inches? the ones ive seen on ebay look to be a full 3 inches thick? not sure but would like to know for sure cause id like my front a bit higher.

No spacers, 2.75 inches of lift. For three inches go with 885 coils and get the top plate spacers. Either will be loads better than a straight 3" spacer.

The link above the pic I posted. Call or email them before you order and tell them exactly what you want to achieve, they are very helpful.
