    Honestly, that's hard to say for sure, as it depends on a lot of different things. You're more than likely fairly safe with a 32" with a 2" lift.

    That said, there are guys running 35's at stock weight, or a minimal lift. It just depends on how much cutting and hammering you want to do.

    That depends on who your friends are and the types of trails they do. But generally speaking, no.

    These trucks are perfectly capable off road 100% stock (maybe with a good set of all terrain tires - stock size). They are more capable than the average novice driver for sure.

    So if your friends are running the Rubicon or other black diamond trails, do not try and follow them. You (and your truck) won't survive. But if your friends are just going out on basic trails and having a good time, you're fine. If your friends are more advanced drivers, hopefully they wouldn't be dumb enough to take you on trails you're not prepared for.

    Start easy, and work your way up. The more you drive, the more you'll figure out for yourself what modifications you might need to help you progress. All these huge tires and suspension mods don't make you a better driver. Seat time does.
