3 keys to my Prerunner

i assumed that was what the grey key was for, the rpm limiter, just because i have seen some on other vehicles

 

yeah i'm a bit confused on the credit card thing too....

 

i got the credit card key. it came in the mail a week or so after i got my truck. It is to keep in your wallet in case you lock the keys in the car. it will not start it just unlock the door. i how ever lost it before i could get it cut.

 

Strange......... I got 3 keys but they all look the same.

 

You may not have the immobilizer system. My '07 access cab 4cyl does not have the immobilizer and no chipped key. I went to get a duplicate key made at a locksmith's shop and his book showed that it took the key with the chip, but when I insisted it wasn't he tested it and his gizmo confirmed no chip. I received three keys with my truck, all the same.
