If you get a lift kit, get the Add a Leaf so you can haul heavier loads. Get the dirrerential Drop, Its only bout $20 extra.

You will need new rims to fit 33s

Anything above 31" tires and you will have to regear If you want the same power

Fat Bobs Garauge has a good kit For like $250, their easy to find online, and tha includes the diff drop.

Pro comp said that i would not need a diff drop...they say 3 inches is the farthers you can go with out diff drop

Id still get a diff drop.
for $20 bucks just do it

maybe they told you that cuz they dont carry them and they wanted you to buy their lift kit

Pro comp is a good brand though.

All I know is that I put one on my truck when I lifted it. It litterally took ten minutes and Im glad I did.

diff drop is useless......long story short there is nothing to gain from installing the diff drop kit....
second everyone here is running 33's and 3" or 2.5 like myself......
if you choose that and you do offroading.... your going to want to do a body mount chop.....
aftermarket rims with 4.5 or so backspacing will be needed or stock rims and wheel spacers....
    hope that helps.....

Dont get wheel spacers dude. You can for bout 250 or 300 but why not just spend bout another 300 and get a nice set of black steel rims. Unless you want to getto your truck out and get those stupid mag lookin rims your not lookin at but bout 700 for the rims if you shop

i hate to break it to you it has nothing to do with your diff.
its purpose is to correct cv joint angles....which it does for like a a fraction of a degree......
with that being said.....its up to you......if u off road it is not worth wrecking your oil pan mounting points ect

There are a ton of options for a 3" lift. Just depends on how much you are willing to spend.

    Here
King 2.5" extended travel coilovers with compression adjusters, Camburg UCA's, King 2.5" rear shocks, Volant cold air intake with ram air scoop.
i would go with 32's if you do any actual off-roading... unless you feel like doing a lot of fender trimming and chopping cab mounts.

Eerything you guys are saying is seeming to help but still have a few questions. i dont wanna have to cut any cab mounts. and i wont be doing any offroading except maybe a trail to a hunting spot. but nothing serious at all..
