    3" lift
The Tacoma I bought is lifted 3". I'm replacing the CV axle on my passenger side because the boot it busted. Will the lift affect the CV axle that I need to buy and if so are there any good recommendations from you guys

3” is the upper recommended limit of the Toyota IFS. You can replace it with a appropriate stock aftermarket CV.

Diff drop is worthless on the 3rd Gen. I’ve had the boot slide mod for almost 2 years now, no rubbing, no leaks & no tears.. yet : )

It’s really only needed if the fins are touching.
