Is this the OME nitro-charger kit? I thought it is only 2" over stock? How did you get 3"? Did you add any trim packers or top plate spacers?

Little rubbing here with 275/70/17 on stock suspension. Work the plastic inner fenders a little bit and you'll be golden.

Put the lift on and see how it does. Make sure no vibrations, then add the wheels and tires. If a vibration starts then you know its the balance issue.

    3" lift on 33's
    Hey folks,

Didn't want to start a new thread, so bumping this one - sorry for bumping up an old thread.

I just picked up a 2005 Tacoma TRD Off-road with a 3" lift and buddy tossed on 285/70/17's on OEM 4 runner rims and then I swapped out the rims with the same rubber though on a set of OEM TRD rims. Rubs like a mother though and wondering what can be done to remediate this a little bit? Appreciate in advance any tips/input everyone has - thanks.

    285's on the 4runner rims:

Here are the OEM TRD rims from my Tundra that I swapped onto the Tacoma with the larger 285 rubber - rims here are just for you folks to see the rims I am talking about. I didn't get a chance to take a pic of the truck with these rims and the 285 rubber on the truck yet but will do tomorrow:
