3" Toytec Ultimate lift or 6" Fabtech. I know their is a big price difference but the 6" to me looks way better, gives better tire clearance and offers a better ride compared to most the 3" lifts (aside from OME). I have the Toytec Ultimate w/Bilstein 5100's but every time I see a Taco with a 6", I'm like damn that looks sic! What do you guys think?

function over form. it's what the tacoma is all about. the 3" lift is way more versatile, and functional off-road. My vote is definitely for your existing 3" lift.

Your truck looks perfect the way it is. 6" is over kill on a Tacoma in my opinion.

Well I didnt listen to the advice guys. Went w/the 6" Fabtech
I'm stoked except for turning radius is reduced w/the 6" Also, when turned all the way, I get nuckle/spindle bind which sounds like the old 86-95 Toyota IFS.

I think the TRD skid needs to go, but nothing else protects the engine bay. Fabtech leaves it wide open

Isn't that the basic kit? The performance kit comes with coilovers.
Hey on a side note I see your truck on base!

Check if your coils are touching anything? When 4WP first installed my lift, it was hitting my steering tie rod. They installed the shock bushing backwards.

Haha, I personally liked the 3" better, but either way your tuck is bad @ss!

    Great right you have.

I would Line-X or paint the skid plate though as it doesn't look "fluid" with the awesome ARB bumper you have.
