I give all of the credit of the FRS to subaru since they developed the chassis and drivetrain.

Toyota just doesnt seem to care anymore.

if we are lucky, they will see the FRS as a success and pull their head out of thier ass

 

^ also for what its worth, the 200hp boxer in the FRS does not have the feel of a 160 hp red top 4age in a ae86.

there's just something about 8,000 rpm. I used to own an ae86 but it just had a blue top in it. 112 HP baby!

 

i never owned one, i had a friend that bought a rust bucket with a fresh red top in it. 750-5000 rpm nothing. 5000-the sky just enough to be a blast

 

Mine was freaking clean, I'm still kinda mad that I sold it. Ultimate plan if I had money was to swap a 4AGZE into it and turbo it.

Look at the LFA guys..all Toyota there. And that is a car of pure awesomeness.

PURE awesomeness.

But its a one trick pony, its awesome, in every way and hands down its my favorite sounding car, most dream car out there.

But the car is there, in a super limited number. As a stunt to show toyota CAN still make something awesome, but that they could care less about all of the other entusiat customers.

 

Yeah and that thing is just stupid expensive, like full on retarded expensive.
