    I forgot to eat to. I feel old because if I eat after 830/9 my body gets all fobared. And we all know, when you miss a poop in the morning, its on your mind ALL day.....Natures trolling at its finest.

    But I premake a whole shit tone of food on the weekend that lasts through friday/saturday so it've been getting better at it. Protien shakes also help.. 27$ for a 4lb bag at costco of muscle milk. They even have lactose free :woot: They last me a while just get 2 flavors so you dont get burned out with just one.
