thats not cold but im considering it now since getting my son ready and the car ready is a big PITA but idk if i wanna put that money towards other mods or not yet. i dont live at an apartment complex and im not a lazy fuck so running downstairs real quick to start the truck hasnt been that big of a deal
you should i'd sacrifice that gas to ensure the transmission fluid and oil is somewhat warm before i take off. if you dont pay now you will pay later
take me almost an hour and its oly 17 miles so yea walking not an option lol work got paid so gotta order parts for me rear axle/e-locker swap and put part of the money towards some used tires
this except i get off at 5:30 but gotta wait for the lady to pick me up so i'll sit here and stay clockedin until 6:30 then gotta go pick up the kiddo and go to her brothers hockey tourney

im a firm believer as long as you arent pedal to the metal and driving easily till it starts to warm that there is no issue.

and realistically to get the oil to warm up it would take longer than my drive to work. manual trans wont warm up just sitting there either

    255s aren't bad. I'd consider them if I didn't have a 9" wide rim

Nice! Plus those short drives seem to hurt mpg's.

That's usually when I head over here

My heat is usually just getting warm when I get into our parking lot so it'd have to sit and idle longer than I'd actually be driving to get warm

More contact = more traction every time... Skinnier tires are better on ice and if you need to sink through mud. Wider tires float better. If you have a tall skinny with a good shoulder you can air down and generate a lot more contact surface.

I like tall wide tires also but pizza cutters have their advantages

Just have to park in neutral and set the brake. I always leave a manual in gear with no brake when I park so it would be annoying to me.
