30 and younger thread

Hardly any schools in Cali offer vet med. it's a completely different degree than most college degrees. They have their own campus and everything.

 

I think Davis is one of the only ones

 

I forgot I live in Colorado. The greenest state in the country. We are like Amsterdam's little brother that is just beginning to bloom. It sounds outrageous to pay over 200 for top shelf.

 

UT has a really good vet school as well, and they pretty much have their own campus as well. I think most of it is separate but like 2 building or so are around the main campus.

 

Ah I see, well its a good thing vets make a ton of money!

 

We can take our animals to the vet med school and have students work on them, but it's like $500 for a cat check up. I would never pay that.

we can do the same. and same thing it’s like x2 as much, we have never done it but some people do. probably only time i’d do it is if i had a late night emergency with a dog or something.

What's even more dumb is they don't offer emergency services. Only appointments during normal hours. I would take my pet to a certified vet if I'm making an appointment and all that.

Animal ERs will charge you an arm and a leg, last time out dog ate a huge chocolate bunny out of the grocery bags in the table and we ended up getting a 2400 bill that night for imaging and pumping his stomach and what not, a dog IV is 56 dollars... Wtf

see i used to say the same. Was getting paid almost 1500-1800 a semester with the scholarships when i was instate. But only a community college and no bachelors there. Only on University in Wyoming and it doesn't offer anything for audio.

even will a 6k scholarship out of state im still paying almost 10k a semester to go here in missouri.

 

CSU has a great vet med school as well.
