    My mom told me a few weeks ago that I've gotten slimmer since moving to iowa, and she thought it was cause of going to the Y all the time. I think it's more due to being too lazy to cook anything so I just stretch my food as far as I can haha

    well i have my own bench in the basement so thats a non issue. but i always like to push myself to the limit and like having someone there to spot/make me finish the last reps even if they help a little. but without anyone i wont push it that hard

    i push way too hard but luckily at the time i go there are a few nice people that'll help me back up. if i go when its dead and im doing bench press though i simply just tilt the bar til the weights fall off one side and repeat other side.

    Haha I do the same thing... then stretch it as far as possible. To eliminate having to have self control, I don't keep any junk food around so when I run out I have to thaw shit to cook more and that's something I'm never willing to do. Saves money and keeps you healthier haha :D

    jeez everyone here is lazy, ha. i plan out meals for a few weeks then go to the store. separate chicken/hamburger into ziplocs 1lb each and freeze. thaw as needed.
