Fun to drive? I disagree. I thought about getting a jeep before my taco (was the same color as mine now even) and I drove it and was white knuckling the wheel. It felt like it was going to roll at the slightest touch of the wheel. Much too short for me. I like my long wheelbase.

Was it the 4 door? She hates the 2 door because of what you said. She claims the 4 door is a ton better. More like an SUV.

Yeah it was a little bit older jeep. I think it was a two door and I don't think it was a rubicon.

I've sat on the back to stretch out occasionally if my arms get kinda sore. And to try to pop a wheelie once but the 250 just doesn't have it in her haha.

What year CBR do you have Sacrifice?

Nice. I'm headed over to Ames to check out an 03 after work today. You on any CBR forums and know of anything guys with 03/04 bikes complain about a lot? I've read a lot about regulator/rectifier but that seems to be a common problem with bikes in general. The fact that 03 was the first year of the 600RR makes me kinda leary too.

It's gonna have to be super cherry and super cheap to dethrone the gixxer I looked at last weekend though

600rr.net but my name is different over there

nothing wrong with the 03 really, except it doesnt have inverted forks. personally i would look for a 07+ if i were to again (i like the way the look more), but i like my 05 perfectly fine.

i dislike how gixxers look so that was one reason i didnt look into them. i enjoy the undertail exhaust and the dual headlights (might be convincing my gf to get projectors for xmas/bday)

I'm the opposite, I like the gixxer because it doesn't have that "winking" problem like bikes with side by side headlights have, it looks more balanced. I like undertail exhausts too, but this gixxer has one of those low profile 2 bros pipes than ends right behind your heel. I had never thought about it before, but the seller pointed out it keeps CG lower than an undertail would and keeps the fumes from going down your passenger's back if you have one on there.

i wouldnt say 15 lbs is going to make that much of a difference. theres kits to fix the winking check out bkmoto.com

and ive never heard any complaints of fumes, ha. passenger seats does get a little warmer though.

What would you use it for? Trips to the batting cage?
I owned a gixxer before the CBR, I gotta say I love the CBR more but it's all preference.
