I can't keep my truck under 2k unless i'm coasting, or driving real slow (i'm jealous of you 5spds) and i'm usually in the 2300-3500 range, occasionally getting up to 4500 (and i've gotten my truck to red line once).

I also downshift while slowing/stopping, but i don't know if that has a effect on MPG.

i think my highest tank was 18 MPG, almost all highway.

Keep mine under 2k all the time...I've gotten between 230-250 a tank over the fews times I've tried to see

My cousin said the brakes in his 04 pre runner were grabby to, sounds like it's the nature of the beast
    I don't drive like a granny
To a full tank or to where you fill up?
I get ~200 miles out of 3/4ths of a tank.

    What??

The auto is great at keeping things under 2 and cruising is always lower rpms then the 5speeds. 65 on an auto is 21-2200 and 25-2600 in a manual.

Not granny like that much...1900 constant moves pretty quick..With my truck atleast. And that's from a full tank. Like gas handle wanting to stop but I keep going haha

I'm consistently 2-3 over, so that doesn't help, and the auto doesn't help, and i'm usually the first one across the intersection after the light turns green.
Given how i drive i'm pretty happy with my trucks performance/mpg.

i also don't coast in neutral, it seems like all the hills around here are either to steep and you have to kick OD off to stay close to the speed limit or constantly ride your brakes, or not steep enough and you lose speed to fast.

I had the opportunity to ride with my cousin in his pre runner (AC 2.7 auto) on a track out in the desert with long flat straits, he was doing 105 and i just watched the gas needle drop and drop and drop.

Everything local is either merging onto freeways, dodging traffic, or not flat, there's only 2 miles within 15 minutes of my house (my normal driving radius) that is flat.
So i'm almost never "cruising", it's all aggressive driving unless i wanna get run over.
Hmmm, sounds about right since you've got ~ double the lift i have and 33's (?)
Frank is a heavy beast though

I think this was the first dentist I've dealt with that didn't say I needed like 6 cavities filled or some nonsense like that. They said that my teeth are perfectly fine, I just have a few normal and very small cavities that people always have.

Cleaning still sucked though.... They way they put the flouride on my teeth this time was weird. They had some denture shaped rubber thing with flouride on it. You just bite down and they put the suction in there so you don't choke on your spit. The suction was so strong that I couldn't fully exhale without the suction pulling all of the air out of my lungs. Felt weird....

Ya fluoride treatment is weird. I have it done a couple times a year when I lived in Ecuador, the apparently they have no idea what fluoride is over there. But here in Texas most city's add it to the water so I haven't needed the treatment

Trust me, I brush plenty and don't eat a lot of food that is bad for your teeth. If I drink soda I tend to brush right after. I honestly think I just have bad teeth.

That's a problem, you should never brush after drinking soda your supposed to wait a few hours. The acid eats your enamel and softens it and then when you brush your just cutting your enamel
