I must be glutton for a payment. I've been looking at FJ's.... Even though it would be cheaper just to slap my super charger on and armor to the runner I have..... Something about the FJ makes me want it.

Just wait until you have a bumper on order. Ben posted something about how you start to care less when you hit things and are a little more dangerous knowing it's going to be replaced.... Haha

As long as I get my bumper on before I have another close call with a deer again. There's one road between the base and main city that you see at least 5-10 deer every time you drive on it. Unfortunately the road is between a state park, so they go freely across.

I'm surprised the base commander hasn't asked the park rangers to allow limited hunting to get the deer to disperse. Somebody hits a deer on the 8 mile stretch of road every other day or so.

I sold my stock bumper with no damage for $150. Not worth trashing it for no reason.

    ALL OF THEM!...Then some more.

    no way.

    go sit in one.

No room, can't see shit out the back, and mods are more expensive. You will like your 4runner more after being in one.

I was coming up to the red light. Checked both ways, then eased up(can't see inside lane from the line) their light started going yellow and the cars were slowing so I went and the dude was there. I take full responsibility, I didn't check my right again(usually do) I didn't even know he was anywhere around....

Haha nah, I just meant that you start to get careless. I haven't yet, but probably will once I actually have the bumper here.
Love my moms and every one I've been in :notsure:

Plenty of room in it for an SUV, the blind spots do take some getting used to, and there's a larger market for mods.

Nothing wrong with a 4Runner though, I'd rather have one of those than an FJ

    Ouch...

Yeah, that's why bikes are dangerous. They're naturally hard to see. Nobody got hurt? How much damage was done to the bike?

I've been driving my buddies 13' and love it. I would not mod the heck out of it. Just lift tires bumper and sliders. I drive a lot and the 3.4 and gas tank size suck. From where I'm at now to and from work is just about a tank of gas.
