Lol limewire. I downloaded limewire pro from limewire for free, then it was like a competition to see how many songs I could get downloaded in a day. I downloaded so many computer games too.

    COME AT ME GOVMENT!

Ha that sucks. High speed cable FTW! I used to download all day, then fill my download queue with like 20 songs before I went to bed and they would all be waiting there when I got up. Then I did it all over again. A while later I discovered winrar and downloaded the whole albums.

Shit I just checked and it only got shut down in 2010, I thought it had been gone since like 2003. That's when I last used it and back then 4 songs took that long haha.

Fuck it's weird referring to 2003 as "back then"

Yeah it's been quite a while since those days. I got my parents' internet banned twice. They were pissed. I would have been kicked out of school for sure back then.

Granted I was only 10, but already a hardened internet criminal haha.

How does one's internet get "banned"?

Dude at that age you didn't have to take responsibility for anything. I just said I didn't know what I clicked on.

The internet provider can see everything that is downloaded. They have scanners that tell them when an illegal file was being downloaded. The scanner only had time to work if the file was big enough that it took a while to download. The first I got caught I was downloading a movie. My mom had to call and get the internet turned back on. The second time was call of duty for pc. This time my mom had to go in and sign a paper that said if we got caught a 3rd time, we couldn't get internet through them ever again.

Hmm, never heard of the actual service provider coming after people.

That's why I do all my torrenting over McDonald's free wifi haha

It was just copyright infringement. The internet provider didn't try to prosecute or anything, just didn't want people downloading copyright files through them.

I made do with a pretty small area. I had more issue with the height, our basement ceilings were not nearly tall enough for all the jumping moves.

Also, why not just use dropbox or something to give it to him?
