remote starts.. i wont scrape a windshield ill pay for the fuel

simple solution just spend it before she finds out about it.. or like i did with my last ex wife every time i bought something i told her i used a credit card so she thought we were in debt up to our eyeballs.

 

That used to be high on my priority list. Then I went to New Mexico and forgot about it. Now that I'm back in Missouri I'm thinking about getting one of these again....

both of those are for suckers. i go start the truck then sit and play games on my phone until its warm then im off

 

my gf uses hers in the morning and she parks in the garage..(she opens the door first)

i park outside cause of the motorcycle, but personally remote start isnt a priority to me. ill scrape windows

 

Hmm, just under $400 to get a Viper Remote Start that I control from my phone installed...

Yeah, seems they've definitely gone down in price. $100 more and I can get a passive luck/unlock. Essentially means when I walk up to my truck it unlocks, and when I walk away it locks haha

 

umm assuming you have the key for it to unlock when you walk up? or is that just anyone walking up or walking away from it?!

 

i didnt buy my remote start because of the cold i bought it because my truck didnt come with key fobs and i wanted them it was 2 bills for two of them and then i looked into after marked still 2 bills or for 3 bills i get a remote start installed that took care of my door locks as well so thats what i got..

 

Just you, it's a separate fob with a proximity sensor.

 

It requires a key fob. My moms jeep has it and it unlocks when you're like two feet away. It also works on push button so you never have to look for your keys.

It gets mad at us though if it's on and we walk away with the fob lol

 

Same thing I did. I wanted a button to unlock, added in the remote start.

chevy (or maybe GM in general?) was the first if im not mistaken but pointless unless i buy a domestic
