Boss, just chilling out..

Spent 150$ in supplements because working out every 12 hours and doing crossfit is starting to take its toll.

I take 11 pills as soon as i wake up and i have to take 4 more after my next meal(once i figure out what I'm eating..)

To be honest, i could reduce the pills but i don't like dealing with powder.

4 Creatine Pills a day(2 in the morning, 2 after workout)
4 Beta-Alanine Pills/day(same as creatine)
7 Recovery pills(1 is a multivitamin,2 Glutamine,1Triple strength fish oil, 1 joint comfort formula,2 muscle function formula)

All in all, its really for recovery and muscle growth

I have some whey protein as well but i haven't touched it until i get my groceries with the new lifestyle of eating i've gotta get into.

Ya you should probably slow down the intake of pills your liver is gonna shutdown

 

In a month i'll report back, if i feel like shit i'll stop but so far, i can def feel the difference in the soreness and the energy when i workout and recovery takes less time than it would normally take.

 

I wouldn't drink on all those either, your liver would be fubared

It appears there's a misconception about creatine... and other supplements, it's ok if you know about them and make a statement like that but when you don't know and bash it, its just not fair to the product, Creatine is PERFECTLY fine as long as you drink LOTS of water it'll dehydrate you otherwise, hell your body makes creatine on its own
