You buy me the stuff to do retrofits and i'll do them.
They're on the list, but not a high priority.

I just got back from Dougs (4WD, the spring guy) house and we figured out what i want for my rear springs.
My driver side main leaf might be bent though.

I know, just giving you crap :D

He said it's fairly common, weak springs, lots of weight on the drivers side, bends it just a little bit, but it's enough to make something wonky.
Also, the wrap on the second spring is tight against the main spring, and he said it's not supposed to be tight.

Yeah, I don't know why Toyota keeps giving their Tacoma's weak leafs... I'm just ready to get the expos on already so I don't have axle wrap and a sagging rear end!

It's one of the things they can get away with skimping on?

I almost tried to get some aftermarket leafs locally, but i decided to just rebuild them on a weekend.

Yeah, from what I've heard 4WD is a great guy to deal with and knows what he's doing!

Why did he have to have surgery?

We've always had labs or heelers so I wanted a smaller dog of my own. Now if I ever get another dog I want a Blue Heeler. Love them dogs!

He's had kidney stones three times. After having gotten the third time, the vet didn't really know what else to do. He just took out all the stones and opened up his urethrae as much as he could and luckily 3rd time was a charm and he hasn't had any problems since. But now he pees like a girl because they had to relocate the urethrae as well, so his penis is pretty much useless after being fixed plus the surgery haha

This is what they're bred to do

We used to have one. When my dad would get onto him for something, the next day my mom would come home from work to find he newspaper torn up. He knew that if he tore up the paper my mom would get mad at my dad. His way of getting back at my dad... Haha

So I'm trying to plan out a road trip that goes from Missouri, through Kansas to Colorado, then North to Rapid City, South Dakota. From there go across to the East South Dakota border down the Nebraska border back to Missouri.

Totaling about 30 hours of driving. Probably try to do it over a week, but after already finding 5 stops just in Eastern Kansas I think I may need to shorten it... Haha

Maybe just drive straight to Colorado and straight back with different stops both ways.

Not sure when this trip will even happen. Maybe not until next year, but I figured I might as well try to plan one out.

It'll be more of a scenic trip until Colorado, then some easy wheeling.

You can't put scenic and Kansas together in the same paragraph man, that just doesn't work lol.

Haha yeah, I found literally 5 places to stop and look at and that's it... But I guess 5 stops over the course of a 7 hour drive to Colorado isn't terrible.

But then the drive back is going to suck! Haha

I'd head up to South Dakota first, better chance you'll get your sight seeing done there then head to Colorado via Yellowstone and down and then across to Kansas last, screw the sights in Kansas after all that lovely area
