I dislocated my shoulder 5 years ago bodysurfing a shorebreak


and it's popped out more than a dozen times now

dang. i have dislocated mine crashing a atv and than again crashing a dirt bike. popped it in my self both times. was hard to do, but i was by my self soooo it kinda hard to be done. hurt like hell to doing it my self. I have had it pop out and back in on its own a few times. funny I can reach around and touch higher up my back with that arm(left) than i can with my right. left i can each my shoulder blades right i can only reach like 2” lower than my shoulder blades.


have had the same problem with my left knee as well. even with all the crashes and getting hurt i miss riding all the time! also miss getting out on a track and hitting jumps.
