You don't? How the fuck you think people decide to go into Ag or the cooking industry? Maybe they take a class or two in high school and decide hey, this is pretty cool. Maybe I'll do this as a career.

Or, maybe I'm way off. Who's to say; what the fuck do I know?!

Done that too. People are dicks and my headlights certainly aren't bright at all.

But also had a guy chase me on the highway after I flashed him with the bar when he cut me off with inches to spare. That scared me away from that. Road rage is crazy nowadays.... :/

It's fun if they don't retaliate like what I said up here ^^^

I admit I regret voicing my opinion. I had no idea how alone I was in my opinion, nor did I realize people would get upset and bash me for it. I prefer the curriculum my high school used. We had electives, but they accounted for a very small portion of our curriculum, and we had very few "free" electives, where they were taken for "fun". What I liked about my High School was it was built to provide kids with what they needed to get to the next stage in life. It's a fact that my school was more successful in producing successful students than any other school in the area. It was a charter school so it didn't have to follow the state curriculum. Students tested higher and were more likely to get into the school of their choice compared to all the surrounding schools. Some went to Yale/Harvard and become lawyers. Johns Hopkins to become doctors. We had a girl go to the Naval Academy and became a Naval Pilot, One went to a local college and now owns her own very successful business. I know some that became musicians and artists, and some who became stay at home moms (still went to college). One kid got into Ga tech, but went to UTI because he wanted to work on cars. I myself went to LSU, majored In petroleum engineering and geology, and now I own my own business. I got into ivy league schools as well. My point was simply that I would rather my kids go to a school like I did so that they could have a better chance to do what they want no matter what it is.

its really hard not to when you start to get bombarded and ganged up on. And the second someone starts to lay into my intelligence, I tend to let my comments get towards the offensive side, even if my initial intent was not to offend or degrade anyone.

    BUT ANYWAYS

did you guys know that Daniel Craig can officially take any Aston he wants, for life, since he was Bond?

I've never wanted to be Bond more than I do now.

That wasn't an issue at my school, all the students wanted to graduate and work hard. There was a sense of pride and accomplishment going to and succeeding at my school because of it's standing. It helped push people. So you can see how something like a school's "ranking" can actually matter.

I've heard that somewhere before. Being as how Aston Martin is my favorite "exotic" brand I am very jealous.

yeah I used the term "lesser" because I was getting defensive on a personal level here with some of the comments. Obviously, going to a low ranked school doesn't make you stupid, just like going to the best school doesn't make you a genius. I'm sure most of you believe you're smart no matter where you went to school, and I wouldn't contest it.
