I have a bottle of single barrel sitting here. And 2 other bottles of whiskey. I probably won't ever drink it all.

 

You only break the good stuff out on special occasions

 

I'm debating stopping by and grabbing a bottle of blue label or a 20 scotch for "those" nights

 

Every special occasion I seem to end up with a new bottle. That's why I have 3 now. If I'm drinking, it's beer, so this whiskey just sits.

 

"Those nights" never go as planned. Broke out a bottle of Glenlivet 12 one night and the whole thing was gone in a matter of minutes

 

troof, but the really good stuff cant be consumed en masse

Doubt it. He's entirely too recognizable to do something like that

 

something my brothers neighbor told me and him.(he is kinda an older guy) that dark stuff like Jack or jim bean. you should shake it. it settles when it’s been sitting. the top will be weaker and bottom stronger. you can also tell this by tapping the bottle. ( think you want a deeper bitch to the tone when you tap it.)

 

also, darker shit will give you a worse hangover than clears like vodka

so they say. knock on wood i have yet to have a hangover. also i love jack Daniel’s and i don’t mix it at all. i like it straight. needs to bee keep cold at all times as well.
