    Yeah, I do agree that by the picture it definitely doesn't look to be 24', but it is haha

    hit and miss. have to find someone that fits your personality well, someone that knows how to keep to themselves and be friendly at the same time, FUCKING PEOPLE THAT KNOW HOW TO CLEAN AND TAKE INITIATIVE, important that they arent fake either, i know it can be a no brainer, but you dont want to live with someone whos always trying to prove something.

    Yeah, we hang out when our schedules line up and are both into the same stuff. He's hardcore into survival and backpacking. Which is similar to some aspects of wheeling/expoing.

    Our personalities are very similar, he's just more outgoing. We grew up in the same town, he's just 3 years older. He's a 4 year Staff Sergeant, so he's pretty good about having initiative.

    The cleaning part that sucks though is that his current house is cluttered. But his gf that comes over all the time doesn't clean up after herself which is why it's usually cluttered. That and the fact that we use his coffee table as a work bench haha

    The big selling point is the fact that I'll be making an extra $450 a month after paying rent. Plus they can't call me into work as easily during bad weather since I won't be living on base. Downside to that is a 15 minute longer commute.
