    I don't know who it was, but obviously they must think welding is pretty dangerous. I was way on the edge of the lot away from everything and everyone. And I wasn't even burning long runs yet. Douche canoes. The landlord gave zero fucks but said I shouldn't do it until he informs everyone of a time that I will be allowed to do it.

    A time you can do it? Any time that's not quiet hours I'd say. Our neighbors would complain about us working on trucks at our place but then they'd blast music all day long for everyone to hear. We just continued to work and if they got bothered I told them having a working car is more important than playing music (they have their own band) so that didn't go over well haha
