I do like a good snorkel. I think I'm going to focus on my motor. I gotta get my supercharger on. I want to go ride in the rock lobster that Dylan from RTI Has, I may jump to a turbo after that.

 

If i had a 4x4 I would get one.

there is this road I wish I could explore down in the atchafalaya basin, has a couple points where you can see it crosses the river. Only problem is that all access points I can find have huge no trespassing signs. I can see a few wells on the land,so I wonder if it's all owned by oil companies. It's disappointing.

 

Yeah it's an expensive mod if you are not going to utilize it.

 

I wouldn't be afraid of not using it. One of the closer spots I know of seems to be either really dusty, or really wet. Either way a snorkel is useful

I'm mad that a couple of 4x4 Tacomas I am seeing now weren't available when I bought mine, because they are close to the same price. At the time I purchased mine all the 4x4's were a minimum $10k more.

Yeah they are normally a bit more. That sucks they are around the same price by you now though.

 

yeah well same year same mileage, priced below kbb. the ones available at the time had less miles so that added to it, and were also TRD's. These couple of 4x4's aren't TRD's from what I can tell, which is fine. I tried to convince my friend to buy mine so I can buy a 4x4 instead of him buying the same truck from someone else, but it looks like he's going new.

Both of these 4x4's have things I don't like about them though, one has leather, and my ass doesn't agree with leather. The other has a black front bumper that is missing the fender flares, telling me it's been replaced, but no idea why it was replaced

if you're actually going to use it, and have the money I say go ahead. If it's just for looks then I would say sleep on it for a while because you might come up with something you want more.
