    In a physiology class I took the teacher put up a picture of a chest xray. Then she asked who knew the gender and I raised my hand and said female. She then asked me how I know.

    Sitting in the back of a 300+person lecture hall I shouted "chesticles" and got her to facepalm! Needless to say I was one of the 10-15 people who got an A :D
