I've gotten 20mpg doing 75 for a trip. And I have been averaging 18.3 for my weekly routine of work and town driving.

But I would like to get the supercharger eventually. Just for the added fun.

 

I dont see horns on that hand.

Someone in my house thought it was a good idea to put a paint and rust covered paint scraper in the dish washer

 

So I don't know If any of you are in Baja sae but I highly recommend going to a competition as an alumni. So much fun just drinking beer and not stressing out.

 

Dad just bet me that I would average 15-16 MPG on the way to Ms, it is on like donkey kong now.

 

I still get that highway, should be easy for you.

 

I could do 100% of that in a stock civic coupe

 

Did you get your job through Baja connections?

 

Absolutely. Baja is the main reason I got my job haha.

 

It's something I regret not getting more involved in. Maybe next year...

 

Did you go to the event this year in Pittsburg?

 

Yeah we're driving back to Ohio now. It was a pretty good competition, no tornados and the cops didn't come to the post comp hotel parking lot party. Overall success lol.

 

Do it! It's a ton of work but so worth it.

 

That's my issue is I don't have the time to commit to it. I know my school was at Pitt, how'd sdsmt do?

 

South Dakota school of mines? We talked to them a bit at the after party, they said they had a bunch of problems. Sucks because they're usually pretty good.

 

Got to experience my college town. Small little place, ha.
