I started out drinking free beers that were provided during a commercial shoot I was in. I then moved on to the bar where I drank a few too many Coors. I think I had 10 or so of them.

Free beers and food (aka "props") during the shoot for a local restaurant commercial I was in. They have amazing food and have won numerous awards. The commercial will be on A&E as well as Bravo for the next 6 months.

The Coors I had to pay for at the bar after the commercial shoot. The free beers I got were good craft beers though. A couple wheat beers and a few Monkey Knife Fights.

So evidently a banana and strawberry banana yogurt is too much potassium before a run....

    Sooo much heartburn! :puke:

I had 2 bananas and a bunch strawberries, 3/4 cup of sunflower seeds, and watermelon before I went out biking yesterday.

The seeds and watermelon about an hour before and the banana and strawberries about 3 minutes before I left :notsure:

My legs were burning from the 2 legs days I did previously.

Snapped this while I was out though

My phone sucks, very nice day though

I tend to get heartburn pretty easily as well. What was weird is that when I was in New Mexico, any Mexican food I ate gave me heartburn. Must be something they use in their Tex Mex out there.

Biking is different in my opinion. I can do that all day and love it. But running just sucks haha

Speaking of which, I need to bring my bike back up here with me next time I go home.

Finally ordered some LEDs to replace the cluster lights and my one parking light that have been out for a year. Didn't another 1st genner that frequents this thread just do the same thing? (Ben maybe?) I wanted to make sure the bulbs I ordered are correct

    Gauge cluster : WLED-x5:194 LED Bulb - 5 LED Wide Angle Wedge Base - WLED-B5:Blue (4 bulbs)

    A/C Panel: NEOx-xHP:NEOx LED Bulb - High Power Instrument Panel LED - NEO4-BHP:4mm NEO4-xHP Blue (2 bulbs)

    ^Both from superbrightLEDs

No mud flaps, plasti dipped emblems, and rear bumper, Weather tech digital fit, Bed mat from tractor supply. Pioneer 4400BH head unit. B.A.M.F bed rail tie downs. AVS vent visors.
I can bike at a good pace for 10 to 15 miles maybe longer but i for sure as hell can’t run that without a bunch of stopes and breaks.
