    I've been with my woman for 4 years now and we're occasional condom users at best. She's not on any form of birth control and we've had no unplanned pregnancies so far. People getting pregnant when it's not wanted is just a result of poor decision making.

    Sure none of the things mentioned are 100% effective but .1% chance of pregnancy is pretty damn slim. Much more slim than people making unwise choices about sex/their partner. As unbelievable as it may be, some people are just stupid.
