Haha I didn't say that only 6 had the opportunity for it ;)

6 of us didn't have anything bad on our records, but there were others that didn't even get a chance because they had already screwed up haha

    Haha thanks

Yeah, E-3 for E-4. If I make it I'll put on 7 July, if not then I put on 7 January. The cutoff to sign up to test for E-5 isn't until 31 March, so I'll be fine either way.

You must wear A1C/E-3 for 36 months time in service and 20 months time in grade (TIG), or 28 months TIG, whichever occurs first.

If you go up for Airman Below the Zone, you put on SrA/E-4 6 months early.

To test for SSgt/E-5, you must wear E-4 for at least one month before your test date for E-5.

I'm lucky enough that my enlistment date lined up right, allowing me to sign up to test for E-5 almost immediately after I make E-4.

If I pass the test I then get a line number date for when I'm allowed to sew on E-5, which corresponds with time in service, AFSC, and your test score.

If I make it the first time, I probably won't put on E-5 until the end of next year.

Thats kind of what i'm thinking. Plus, if i was an officer and i saw a loon like Kass who had taken a nice truck like that and wrecked it into shit, cut it all up and WORST OF ALL removed the flares....i'd slap him with every offense i could

    :p

IDK I don't speed going through Texas. Cops down there seem to be massive dbags. It seems like everyone I know has been pulled over in Texas for speeding.

I go 9 over everywhere out here and have never had any trouble. Same deal in NM.

    9 and you're fine in Ohio:D

Mostly because it's so flat and shitty that you can see the cops in the median a mile away.

Same here. I run no front plate and ran no plate light for years. Only reason I got told to get a plate light was because I just left a bar and hd needed a reason to see if I was drunk. But all he did was just flirt with me and tell me to get it fixed. Lol

One of the reasons I'm glad mine's registered in Texas. Supposed to have a front plate in Texas and Missouri, but nobody in Missouri knows that about Texas haha

I hate having a front plate but they are pretty strict about it in MD

Super strict on having a front plate in CA. Which sucks because my new FiST looks way better without one :(

With how much I drive in CA I've learned that running 5-7 over the speed limit is pretty much OK on all highways/freeways. Surface streets though the speed limit is usually where you need to be.
