    my farmers tans are awful. I work all day in the sun in a tshirt and jeans so my arms and neck are all that tans :(

    I also sport a pretty spectacular farmer's tan most years. I was wearing a cutoff tee yesterday, though, so bare shoulders.
    Picture fishbelly white everywhere except my arms and neck. Those are normal Caucasian color by July, and mildly tan by September.

    The skin still sunburns, yes. Getting sunburned is not good for tattoos. It can accelerate fading/aging of tattoos.
