I saw this in person when we were in Munich... so sweet and a lot more intense when you can hear the water roaring by

Riding at night is the best! I love it.

I'm surprised you even managed to keep up with then lol. Did they hit the highway?

This was my first time to ride with a group, and being that they were constantly changing positions and not keeping to the staggered rule right after they told me to follow that rule I was kind of getting annoyed.

I'd rather cruise around during the day with a lot less people to enjoy the view.

As for keeping up, we never got on the highway. Just one stretch of 60mph road and the rest was curves. I can't wait for this thing to get broken in and then do a few power mods to it. I'm not so scared to take it out on the highway around here since the speed limit is only 65mph.

Haha yeah my 636 would dust my old 250 and then shift into 2nd... And I know the Ninja 250 is geared better than a dirtbike for street riding

Yup, same motor but completely different transmission setup.

Still glad I got it though, just need to find more dual sport guys. Road with a DRZ-400 supermoto some last night and saw a guy on a WR250R in town. Hopefully I see the 250 guy in town again one day on the bike so I can follow him... Haha

The DRZ-400 was pretty quick, obviously. Especially running those small motard wheels/tires.

I've ridden my buddies CRF450 supermoto that thing was awesome. The only bike I had ridden before it was my 250. We were tailgating a football game and he was all drunk so I rode it home for him, I hopped on and gassed it like I would've done with my 250 and all I saw was sky. Scared the shit outta myself, nobody would believe it was completely accidental. My first wheelie was through the football stadium haha

I raced supermoto a few times in Stockton, CA at the go kart track they have there. I was just getting into it so I only raced a Yamaha TTR 125L that was bumped up to a 155 I think. It was pretty fun the few times I did it. Transitioning from asphalt to dirt and visa versa on street tires takes a little getting used to. If I would've kept racing longer I would've moved to the 250 class but that was right before I moved to AZ so it didn't happen haha.

I've done a bit of flat track racing too. And motocross, enduros, hare scrambles, GNCC, and some hill climbs. I haven't tried speedway racing yet. There's a track not too far from my house and I know a guy that might let me give his bike a spin.

There's actually quite a few motocross tracks in the area that I didn't know about. Could be interesting....

If you go, watch yourself. The suspension on the L is pretty soft.

Oh ok gotcha. Ya I understand. Just a different mentality, with a sprinkle more douchebaggery.

I'm by saying I could keep up well either haha. Those things can do 140, I do half that haha. But the 80s Honda cruised fine at 70 on the freeway this morning. Glad I got most of the kinks worked out

GHAAA you ruined the setup... You're supposed to say "what's a ZJ"

Then Kase says "If you have to ask you can't afford it"
