Dis. While I have no knowledge of the trails you've been going on, like said here a locker is probably not really needed on said trails. The parts that I needed a front locker for, I had to heavy pedal it up. And IMO I'm more at risk of breaking having to heavy pedal than I would have been with a front locker and just crawling up.

But we all have different opinions. I personally would like a locker. :) I like to give myself every opportunity to succeed. Do I use my winch much? Nah. But it's there if I need it.

That said too, I've gotten some open diff trucks over gnarly stuff, just a little more at risk for breaks.

    Interesting. I can see that.

That said Silas still broke his spiders..but I don't remember if that was pre arb or post...

I won't let it change me. Other then I'll be going on a lot harder trails probably.

Opens can go many places. And I have been winched up before. But I am still positive I could have made it up Poughkeepsie open with the line I wanted. Just had a fresh wound and was nervous a bit.

I'm sure they are useful. But the few instances I have seen them used. They didn't give more grip. Just made both tires spins haha

Doesn't mean I won't get one either. I was just saying that to me it seems like it's an unnecessary mod.

    But it's only money :D

Well, somebody called the cops on me and my buddy for riding "dirtbikes" around town haha

We were hanging out at a friends house and the cops showed up and asked us who owned the bikes.

Evidently he saw us go over a curb to cross into another parking lot when he was on his way to work and told us this was our only warning. If a random truck would have done that no cop would have bothered hunting down the truck, but whatever.

It's street legal, but whatever you think is correct haha

Glad you throw a stereotype out when you have no idea what you're talking about.

Somebody called the cops on us because they thought we were illegally driving dirt bikes on the road, when in reality they're just idiots because our bikes are perfectly legal.

We drove over a curb, big deal. People do it in trucks all the time. Good to know that automatically throws somebody into a sterotype

Yup, hopped a curb. Big deal, I just thought it was funny that somebody called the cops because they thought dirt bikes were illegally driving on the road.

So you're saying Honda, the company, has no idea what they're motorcycles are? There is no such categort as a street legal dirt bike. It's either a dirt bike or a dual sport.
Yup. That's them, not me. Tearing up trails ruins it for everybody. Doesn't matter if you're in a truck, dirt bike, atv, or utv.

Calling out one selective group is ignorant.

I've seen atv's run into truck on the trails and cut people off. Still love riding them.

I call out trucks just as equally. The fact that you only called out groups that you're not a part of is the same, no?
