I seem to be alone in here, being the only one over 200lbs trying to gain more mass. :)

I am 6'2 and I can only have 2200 right now to lose 2 lbs a week. It is getting harder especially with all these good beers they're releasing lately

    How old are you?
It's not how much you eat, it's what you eat. Shove your mouth full of meats, eggs, tubers, and vegetables and you'll get gains. Eating grains is just going to waste space in your stomach that could be holding better food, plus you'll burn off that bowl of pasta walking to the kitchen to get another one.

That dude isn't 7%. You can't even see his obliques, much less a full 6. I'd say he's hovering at if not above 10.

Someone in the 5-7 range is going to look like they just got done working out most of the time. Veins popping, can see most of their muscles with every movement, but they aren't going to have all the striations of someone who is about to compete. It's really hard to obtain, much less maintain in the 5-7 range due to strict dieting and portion control, plus most people feel fatigued once they drop under around 10 or so.

I'm about 5'8-5'9 and I'm pretty happy at 165-175 these days..just want to tone up some. I came down from about 190 couple months ago. Drink a lot of water and avoid soda worked for me.

Haven't drank soda in over a year. I used to be at 145 and was working out a lot and then the army kinda kicked me in the balls and told me to get out so I stopped working out. I oly don't like being in the 160 range because I'm not fit. I'm working on getting back in shape now, I don't really care what I weigh as long as I'm happy with how I look

5'11 @ 146. That's pretty skinny. Have you ever had any labs done?

Yea, your best friend is going to be the meat section at the grocery store if you want to gain. If you're truly eating "everything" then you are def going to have to change the quality of what you're eating. Hell, you probably burned off breakfast just turning your computer on.

Yeah that's prolly the most I hear people complain about while working out is Im just not gaining. Its because they think they are eating enough and they are not even close.

If you wanna gain mass the key is simple.. Eat a lot of good proteins, carbs, veggies.. counter balance your body eating its own nutrients so always eat... ensure you're taking in mass amounts of protein, and no cardio... cardio is there to trim you down... My body builder friend who competes does this lol

No labs, fit as a fiddle. My metabolism is just retarded fast. but both of you are correct in that I need to change what I eat some. I do eat a lot of "empty calories" as it is right now. Im slowly getting there with meal prepping and getting more proteins and veggies in.

I was running a lot for a few months and dropped to 143 but am up around 146-47 right now.

I run every time Im in the gym but I still put on mass because of weights and food intake. I run because my job requires good cardio so I do not slack on that end. I have a very close friend who helps me, he is a sponsored body builder who helps me with my meal plans and gets me motivated when I get lazy. He is also a TW member great guy.

Im 226lbs im by no means a "runner" But I run to keep my cardio. Im slow and steady but I can run for ever as long as I can go at my pace. :) But when Im on shift I normally run for 45min-1hr and then weights for another hour alternating normally weight lifting and crossfit every day.

How long do you date someone before farting around them?

Wife and I were talking about it last night and it seemed we both hid them from each other when we first met. Do you have to cross a certain threshold before you are comfortable ripping ass around your significant other?
