    Hence why three days laying on a beach drinking rum would be preferable.
    2500 miles in 48 hours requires a constant average speed of roughly 50mph, with no breaks for sleeping, fueling, eating, or bathroom breaks. Not my idea of a great time.

    I still have 5.5 on the truck... and 3 on the motorcycle.

    But i did just get kicked out and think we are done for good so i may just have quite a bit extra money to save up for a little then pay the bike off.

    I plan on keeping the car forever. I love it! Plus I got a 2.99% loan on it and can pay the principal off before the loan maturation date.

    And Ben, if you want the Recaros, go for it. A lot of people like them and a lot of people don't. The Recaros are heated so I can see that being a bonus for you. I personally didn't like them and didn't feel like paying for them. They were to narrow for me to want to sit in almost everyday. Overall you're going to love the car!

    paying off a loan before maturation date doesn't really save you any money unless you're talking year or more. They get all the interest from your first payments.

    It's all good, things always work out one way or another.

    Snow tires can still be really fun in the snow.

    They cut down on interest; I'll shave 6 months off my loan with biweekly payments. Plus adding to the principal payment will shave another 6 months or so.
