you pretty much can include any income you rely on to pay bills, including family support or grants/scholarships. proof of income is not required for CC's

building credit sucks. I've been working at it for 8 years now, but I still remember getting turned down for a lot of things. You just have to start small and know that your gonna be taking a pretty raw deal at first.

Just sign up for a citi card or something. I still had issues getting my first loan through state farm and had to have a cosigner. But since then i haven't had an issue.

I suggest not trying to get a loan through a typical bank. I've never been approved through those assholes.

well, i didn't get the price i wanted for precisely what you said Ben.
    just not enough room lol.
so i actually got a fleet managers info, called him, he bullshitted and talked really straight and he gave me a price of 20,938 OTD no accessories. i go hold up sir, i am confused, a sales person offered me all the accessories w/ car and reg OTD 21k... wtf? he said he wasn't sure how they offered it and he would have taken it.
FM said they pay 20,100 for the vehicle. msrp is only 470 more.

so 21k OTD. back to doing HW.

OG salesman offer was 21k OTD w/ accessories or 20.5K +title/reg. title/reg are nearly $400 i believe. so it comes down to 21k otd w/ or 20.9k w/o...

i found out after accepting the offer the salesman actually had to go to the owner to get approval of the deal. now i just cross my fingers and wait for the vehicle, because i am new to this and am very wary of any changes they may try.

I'm almost excited to haggle with a salesman in the future. I'm going to put the pressure on them just like they do to everyone else.

I'm going to quiz them first to see if they actually do their job of knowing their product, then Ill use the person that knows wtf they are doing. Then I'll probably tell them each time they leave, they have 5 minutes to get back to me or I'm walking. I hate when they make you wait forever. Then some other stuff thrown in there I'm sure.
