    Cool. Yeah, my plan was to get the shorter trigger.

    Still going to go get a feel for some other handguns like the M&P .40 but it's going to be hard to beat how comfortable the Sig feels. Hate Glock's grips...

    Yeah I was hoping they were going to crash or something lol but never did. Had a lady wipe out in front of us on the way there on the road but of course the vehicle we were driving didn't have a dash cam.

    Highway 1 south from SF to the Santa Cruz area is beautiful. I'm doing that drive new year's day.

    I went Denver to Seattle and met up with some uncles. Then down 101, though we cut inland to Napa to get away from the cold rain on the coast after the redwood forest. Then to SF for a family visit and up 1 to 101 and over to 5 and back to Seattle as time permitted.

    I then broke off from my riding buddies and went to Vancouver, then over to Jasper, down the glacier/ice highway to Banff and back down to Glacier NP. Then I worked my way down to Western CO and to Silverton for a rally before coming home. Did all that over 4 weeks on the bike back in '12.

    Are they running the same as a 229 DAK? Firing pin safety block/safety intercept notch? LOTS of govt agencies use them with few issues as far as safety but you're also dealing with people who can't fuss with a manual safety when it counts. FWIW It's never concerned me as a LEO and I've had it while bouncing around boats/close quarters simulation.

    As far as ammunition choices, I don't want to get shot by anything. Past that it's just how much weight you want to carry and how much you want to pay.
