    Yeah I like having a pool and sauna at mine... although they dont allow jump rope... wtf is that... so looks like I'll be going to a sports club/fitness place for rich people

    I was thinking of trying out crossfit. I'm not sure if my elbows and knees would hold up to it though. Both have been through way too many sports. And I am an aircraft maintainer. We aren't known for the best of health.

    Same here... and my left knee has little to no cartilage :spy: sooo yeah... I was thinking about getting a brace and trying it out

    I need to get a new membership somewhere. Its either drive 20 miles a day and have a cheaper, Bigger and nicer gym. Or pay more and get a small gym with no pool/hot tub/sauna and steam room but its like 2 miles away...

    The gym I really like going to is awesome.. all the competitors work out there.. great motivation for sure.. but it's also a ways about... not 20 miles tho..

    Thats what you get when you live in the mountains of Colorado... 20 minute drive to anything fun lol. Chris Camozzi the professional MMA fighter works out there and also gets his ink at the same places i go to. Hes such a inspiration seeing that dude do his crazy ass workout routine. He will straight up do full sets of leg presses then go run the track for like 5 laps...

    haha almost every MMA fighter comes down to ABQ we have one of the most famous gyms around... Jackson's... But yeah 5 laps isn't bad thats 1.25 miles haha after I lift MWF I run 1.5m

    Don't get it in vegas. They charge way to much. I need to finish my right half sleeve. The left has been done for 2 years now.

    Typically I run after lifting as well. It depends on what I do though. I was at 3 miles after an upper workout and 2 after a lower. If I went hard lower, I would do .5mile sprint to get the lactic to disperse.

    Yeah no way Ill get it in Vegas... the reason why I dont get it now is that I want it to heal and not get infected while im drunk pool side.. haha! What's your sleeve all about?

    The way I do is this... Lift in the mornings and after every lift session MWF is about 20m-30m of steady cardio and T Th is HIIT Cardio... then after work Ill go run because the AF wants us to run.. wtf is that all about ;) by friday my legs are so worn out haha
