    It's gonna be mom and dads house for a while, then they're moving to a house that we're renting out, the house i'm designing is 2 story plus basement, and the 2 stories are 2500(?) sq ft, not including the basement.
    the house mom and dad will move to is 1,000 sq ft, up on pillars, and right on a canal.

    Mississippi, close to where matt lives.
