    Lol that sucks. I started my second semester my freshman year. Weighed 180 (fat) and lost 40 lbs then put on about 10-15lbs muscle. I was happy where I was at. Wasnt big but I looked good lol

    Lol don't over train my brotha! The reason why Insanity doesn't jump into abs right away is because they are training your core... you don't need just to target abs to work your abs... Many people just work core and get those shredded abs... plus a perfect diet!
