It's a deal, we are gonna buy the truck, gonna meet up with the guy and give him the money and he gives us the title, it's in pristine condition, only problem is the tailgate is dinged a little so well fix that.

Could someone chime in, I slowly lose coolant and i know thats a cyling fluid correct? it shouldnt need topped off but just changed correct...?

I'm gonna send some pics to my cousin who's a pro at auto body stuff and see what a estimate is, or if we could fix it ourselves.

We did get the truck, we have the pink and everything,108k miles 4 door 4x4 TRD in almost pristine condition for 15k.

 

Check your oil for milky-ness.

 

If it's leaking all the time then check the level and if it needs any, top it off.

Come to think of it...I don't think I've ever changed out mine...I think I'll do that within the next couple days lol

it needs topped off every month or so, It doesnt get to low but my engine is defintely running hot, 60 degree outside weather, Intake taking in 85 and the engine is running 185-200 Degrees.

No, a blown head gasket would get coolant in the oil or vise versa.

Isn't that a normal temp range? I remember when we were getting the kinks out of my exes engine swap ideally it sat about 196 if I recall correctly. Once it started going over 200 we'd throw snow all over it LOL

 

It probably needs flushed with completely fresh stuff. Coolant loses it's cooling abilities after X amount of time. That's why you change it.
